Halifax Gala coming up on 9th
June this year.
This year should be better than last
year as we have acquired transport for travel in procession.
Theme is Irish Leprechaun and
children in their kits. Decorations to be sorted by Gill and Steph.
Need: at least one team of kids for the lorry

that attended.
Everyone on supporting parent list
will need a CRB done as well as Simon Denny and Steve Bradley
(this needs
chasing up as one already done)

Congratulations to Liam Normanton
who has passed his Referees course.
This is a first for Hx Irish and we congratulate
Liam wholeheartedly.

Coaching courses – 7 confirmed
places (1 from U11, 1 from U10 and 5 from U7)
Hx Irish are pushing for this as in
two years everyone will be required to have at least Level 1.
There has been some trouble at the
touch line between home and away teams, supporters etc.
As a club it is up to all parents
present to be responsible for the children.
If anyone sees any physical or verbal aggression/violence please use
your mobiles to record this as evidence.
This can then be passed onto the appropriate sources to clear up the
problem.
Presentation
Andy to book dates – June 26th?

to arrange details of this.
Risk Assessment
The first draft was received and
given out for checking etc.
DVD
Marks children have been filmed.
Steve Bradley is to be visited –
Steve to contact Steve Dighton.
Explained the whys and wherefores of
the DVD (to raise profile of club).
Everyone to be involved.
Possibility of a mass
production?
Raffle
Reiterated that the monies raised on
the raffle tickets will go to the individual teams.
Shipley Tournament
This is for up to 11s on the 16th
and 17th June. Applications
were given out.
Live 4 Soccer
More leaflets were given out on this
company in a bid to raise football equipment.
Cup Final Day
29th April, we have three
teams in the Cup Final. Paul Keane to
chase up Lock Stock and Barrel for a room and possible catering.
ACTION Steph to do advert for U10s greens, U9 whites and U9 greens
at
Shay
for website.
Website
Match reports and photos etc are
needed for the site. To raise awareness
of the club we should use the website as a tool for communication.
Vote for minutes to go on the
website – vote carried. Steph to
